• Created production shots for departments downstream of layout using rough layout cameras, final sets from modeling, and character rigs with basic blocking animation.
• Worked with Production Designers and Art Directors to set dress locations through cameras based on concept art and lighting keys.
• Tightened cameras based on animation performance to achieve the desired aesthetics of Directors and Heads of Layout.
• Mentored new final layout artists and trainees.

Tangled

• Prepared files for departments downstream of animation and resolved any issues regarding final cameras and sets.
• Polished camera movement to work with final animation and provided additional set dressing for continuity.
• Installed and finalized stereo camera settings.

• Coordinated the layout team’s daily duties and mentored new layout artists as lead.
• Set up and supported 3D animation scene files using live action plates and environments from tracking artists.
• Assisted animators with troubleshooting shots, including solving problems with animation rigs, cameras, tracked environments, plates, sounds and textures.
• Tested and supported animation tools and wrote basic scripts to improve workflow.
